This poster presents drone-based mapping of intertidal seagrass habitats on Waiben (Thursday Island) within Kaurareg Sea Country. The survey documented extensive seagrass meadows, identified eight intertidal seagrass species, and recorded associated marine habitats and fauna, providing important baseline information to support Sea Country management.
